I have a dimension that is an Ocean world of Molten Uranium and I left a pump with an Ender Tank to send back to the Overworld. I used an ExtraUtils2 Chunk Loading Ward to keep it running without having to AFK there. I wasn't making enough power to keep the dimension up (~50k RF/t) and when the Realized Dimension Tab finally ran out of power, I expected the dimension to be unloaded, but the Molten Uranium is still pouring through.

Is this expected behavior? It seems like an exploit.

Thank you for taking the time to create this issue, as we're no longer supporting versions below 1.12, I'm going to go ahead and close it but if this bug seems to continue over to newer versions, please do report it again so we can investigate the issue further.
