I am unable to reproduce this bug with only the mdecore, ringkydinks+config, and forge version you have installed, and since the issue still occurs for you on a fresh world I don't believe there's anything I can do. If you have any more info I may be able to investigate further. Sorry for such a long wait, my time has been limited the past few months.
