Observed behaviour

Currently there is no easy way for lich's to find lich specific spells important to their play style (such as Lichdrain, Life Drain, etc).

This makes it tough to play a lich early on, since adding the many spell packs can result in a huge number of spells to get from RNG.

Expected behaviour

I expected to be able to have a method to gain lich spells more easily, such as a structure or crafting with the use of a phylactery.

Steps to reproduce

1. Join a Server
2. Become a lich
3. Try to find lich-specific spells such as Lichdrain

Resolved by enabling the Lich to corrupt Arcane Tomes into Lich spells at the Soul Receptacle.
