Describe the bug
When I try to painted with any color, it opens the paintbrush config menu. I tried shift-clicking but it does not do anything.
Steps to reproduce:

1. launch forge 1.16.3 with road stuff + road stuff 2 + and mapper base
2. Create a world and use the paint bucket.
3. You will experence the bug,
