[1.21.1] Spell targeting: "templates" and boundaries

We currently have spell targeting working for Shatter.
It would be useful to give a preview of which entities would be targeted.
This could be implemented by sending a set of entity IDs to the player.
Likewise, it would also be useful to place a visual template either in the air or color the ground. This would probably use a square.
