If u been in drifter form long enough,cd of spell will be over and because of this bug,it will suddenly activate spell yet again
It ends if u do right click again while spell on cd
I haven't been able to get to the bottom of why this happens or how to trigger it -- the moment I add a debug statement, I'm completely unable to replicate it. Then otherwise it happens like 50% of the time.
I think it has to do with the perception of the mouse being held down... somewhere.
