when loading a new world on single player, the server ticked out and crashed (maybe when a special creeper noise was made?) and fired and lagged out.

I doubt this has anything to do with rough mobs. The mod doesnt create custom creepers or mess with their sounds. It simply modifies some behaviors of vanilla creepers. I will look into it though when I have some free time.
