What happened?

A bug happened!
Skeletons can't switch weapons. And their firing speed is the same as vanilla speed.
I haven't modified the config file.

I have the same issue and it seems like it hasn't been fixed in over two years. Alas!

Sometimes the weapon switching and arrow delay change will work, it has worked for me for a while but suddenly it's not anymore - very weird.
