What happened?

What happened:

Storage terminal on a logic cable on a chest connected with an item interface.

When I put item inside the system, it works perfectly fine, but when I take out items, my game crashes.

(e.g. when i drag this sugarcane out of the system, my game crashes)

Then, after the first crash, when I relog, just right clicking the terminal to open the storage system can crash the game.

The modpack discord server admin suggested that it could be an interaction between the "Integrated" mods and REI.
