[Bug] REI not showing crafting recipes other than tipped arrows

What happened?
REI's not showing crafting recipes together with smelting, smoking, blasting recipes except for the tipped arrow recipes

I definately don't think this is a REI issue because the crafting interface itself is buggy but I can't seem to find the mod that's the source of the crafting interface issue nor the REI issue.
