[Bug] Silent's Gear has it's own crafting category tab for it's recipes, but they also still show up in the normal crafting recipe tab in REI.

What happened?
MC: 1.20.1
Steps to Reproduce:
- Install a latest Forge instance with Silent Gear and REI.
- Check uses on a silent gear material or blueprint. oak planks as an example.
- Notice the blue crafting recipe tab with all uses for wood in tool parts, but also the same list in the normal crafting tab.
What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?
