What happened?

The RoughlyEnoughItems-default-plugin-fabric version 16.0.777 does not depend on me.shedaniel.cloth:basic-math. This is an issue when attempting to, for example, implement REIClientPlugin and provide a list of exclusion zones.

Note: I cannot use 16.0.783, as the maven is missing the jars for them. See #1740.
