What happened?

REI can't fill any recipes after 1.21.3. The button is disabled, and it says it needs to be installed server-side.
According to #1751, I have used the /recipe command to give myself all recipes, and I did see the recipe by pressing U.

It might be a bug, filling a known or unlocked recipe should be available.

What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?
