[Bug] Issue with moving recipes to grid [NEOFORGE 1.21.4]

What happened?

I have been experiencing an issue where when clicking the "+" to move a recipe to grid, nothing gets moved. I have had this issue for a while. I do not have any REI addons installed. I have the latest version of REI installed for 1.21.4 NeoForge. (NOTE: The mod loader selection does not show NeoForge as an option so I just selected Forge.)

What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?

Forge

What do you think this bug is of?

  • Visual
  • Recipe Lookup
  • Cheat Mode
  • Plugin Integration / JEI Plugin Compatibility
  • Others

Relevant log output

The log is too large to fit in this text box (somehow) so I am attaching as a file instead, under "Anything Else?"

Anything else?

By submitting this issue, I have included the necessary logs by pasting the contents into the correct location or attaching the file as an upload.

  • Yes, and I did not use any paste services other than GitHub Gists.

By submitting this issue, I have confirmed my REI and REI's dependencies are up to date.

There is a fix available that you can compile yourself if you want, since there are only precompiled builds available for Fabric.

I don't see for NeoForge though, the issue I am having is on NeoForge, not Fabric

The fix itself is not specific to Fabric — it’s a general fix that works for any modding platform, including NeoForge. Only the precompiled builds are Fabric-specific, but you can compile the fix yourself for NeoForge without any problem.
