What is your feature request?

In Version 1.21.1 it was possible to move Items using the plus button in a recipe to move Items from your Inventory to the crafting table, saving up a lot of time.
However, in Version 1.21.4 this is no longer possible if REI is not installed on the server :(. No one can understand why because REI is not a cheat and the admins allow it. But on a vanilla-server or plugin server its not possible to install REI to move items in the shape of the recipe. Please fix this!

To add to this, I get a warning every time I join server or singleplayer, that not every recipe could not be loaded. Even on singleplayer or my own server I am admin on, /recipe give @p * did not resolve this. Its still appearing every time!
