[Bug] modrinth being labeled as client only while it complains about lacking serverside-issues

What happened?
due to the mod being marked client-only on modrinth, the minecraft docker setup from https://github.com/itzg/docker-minecraft-server does not download it into the server even when its included in a modpack
What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?
