What is your feature request?

When comparing Pick Axes within REI's list display, hovering over the item should show the base (and /or effective) durability of the item to allow players to accurately compare items.
I Believe default Minecraft has this as a F3+H function.
But this tooltip only shows up once the item has been used. ie, when not at full durabilty.
As every item in the REI list is AT full durability, this default feature is pretty useless in this situation.
