[Bug] REI crash ATM9

What happened?

I put REI (v12.1.725) on ATM9 (v0.2.60), without JEI and plugins enabled: it changes the custom game menu from ATM9 to vanilla and when I click on SinglePlayer the game crashes.

NOTE: I tested with the REI Plugin Compatibilities (v12.0.93), Architectury API (v9.2.14) and Cloth Config API (v11.1.118) dependencies. Not long ago I was testing EMI and its plugins, but I removed them and went to test REI.
