[Feature] An Indicator for how many recipe category pages are avaliable, like in JEI

What is your feature request?
As the title says, a simple number above the categories to indicate what page you are on and how many are avaliable would be nice, since i'm afraid many people that are more used to JEI would overlook the fact there are multiple category pages for the item theyre looking up.
Like this, just add the numbers (current page/avaliable pages) above the display:
