[Bug] Crafting Recipes not Loading. Fabric 1.18.2. log and screenshots provided

What happened?
recipes do not show, for some reason shows as a "tag" instead of the required crafting bench and materials to craft. instead opens a item tree.
even in the book the recipes do not show.
I have no idea why it says "RecipeConfidence is incompatible with bclib" in my logs below as I dont have a mod named recipe confidence nor a config file, at a loss and need help.
If it also helps I am using curseforge to make my custom modpack. Beyond the recipes everything works and it doesn't crash but I cannot for the life of me get the recipes to work.
What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?
