[Bug] Recipes not showing up for items that aren't primary drops (Create)

What happened?
In Create, washing gravel has a 25% chance of dropping flint or an iron nugget:
But when I press R over and iron nugget, only the crushed iron ore recipe appears:
It should show both recipes for the nugget, but only shows one. I think this is because it's the second item in the drop list for washing gravel.
What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?
