What happened?

When changing "tabs" on the recipe UI, the width changes, which can make the left/right "scroll" buttons at the top change location frequently, making it very difficult to quickly page thru all the different tabs.

Suggestions:

• fix the width so the buttons are always in a fixed location
• show multiple rows of tabs so you can quickly go from one to the next, instead of having the tab list only show some of the tabs (that's another UI issue - there's no visual indication that more tabs exist)
• add a keybind to allow paging left/right thru the tabs

Running the latest version of REI included with latest Stoneblock 3 (1.2.0)
