[Feature] Toggle to make the "Focus Search Field" hotkey clear the search field

What is your feature request?
As said in the title, I'd like to be able to clear the search field with a hotkey (not ctrl+a+backspace) as I tend to like to type with one hand for searching things quickly, and being able to do so would be great.
Adding a hotkey to clear it would work aswell, as long as it can be bound to the same key.
