[Bug] Jade is unable to apply custom mod name color to Roughly Enough Items tooltips.

What happened?

Jade by snownee seems to be unable to apply its custom mod name color only on REI tooltips as shown in the following screenshots. This happens on both Forge / Fabric 1.19.2 and Forge 1.18.2 though I have not tested it yet on Fabric 1.18.2.

Here's on Fabric 1.19.2 with Jade and REI installed by themselves:

There don't seem to be any relevant log entries unfortunately, but the JEI plugin detected from Jade loads correctly with no issues and I checked all the log files.
