[Bug] REI UI doesn't move around status effects in inventory

What happened?
The REI right UI does not move for the effects displayed in my inventory. This is causing issues when I go to either grab or delete an item in Cheat mode as I instead go to the JEED effect description instead.

I asked the author of JEED if he has seen this or had known about it, and he said this is on REI's end.
I have not tested this with just REI and JEED together.
