[Feature] Add keybind for pinning recipies.

What is your feature request?
In a version between the latest 1.19 and 1.20, recipe favoriting was improved by making them take an item slot instead of pinning it. This is really nice, and I'm glad that the old pinning function still exists, but I find the drag system pretty annoying to use, especially when chain pinning for a complicated recipe.
It would be nice if there was a new keybind for pinning recipes, or a modifier to the favorite keybind, like shift, (since you can still use the favorite key to unpin)
