[Bug] Grouping & Hide Inconsistently Broken

What happened?

A recent update to AzureLib (3.0.3) seems to be completely breaking grouping and hiding of items from the interface. When that mod was rolled back, it was working as normal again.

Items can be grouped together. But if you log out of world/back in, or restart the game, in the interface they are ungrouped entirely. But if you look in the settings the groups are still there. You can edit and re-add items (none selected despite seeming like they are), but same result on relog.

For hidden, some items show as hidden, but then intermittently some aren't. You can rehide them, but on relog/relaunch it goes back. The actual config file for REI shows everything correctly.

I rolled back the plugin (Azure) to 3.0.0 and everything worked fine again. I'm not sure how they're intersecting as there is no logs related to it.

Minecraft: 1.20.1
Fabric: 0.16.14

What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?

Fabric

What do you think this bug is of?

  • Visual
  • Recipe Lookup
  • Cheat Mode
  • Plugin Integration / JEI Plugin Compatibility
  • Others

Relevant log output

N/A, no errors in either latest or rei log files. Attempted to find something multiple times. Output is identical whether it is working or not.

Anything else?

There is absolutely nothing I could find in latest or rei logs that is related or showing errors, so those don't seem to be helpful. I dug into this for a little while just to track down it was that mod causing the conflict because logs gave me absolutely nothing
