What happened?

I'm trying to copy an item using Roughly Enough Items (REI) from a random server, and when I try to give it to myself in singleplayer, it kicks me and shows this error.

My client version: 1.21.5
The server version: 1.21.5

It is a problem with Enchantments
I can't use Cheat mode with enchantments (Only in creative and it crashes). I tried in 1.21.5, 1.21.4, 1.21.3 and 1.21.1.
