Version 1.21 can't viewing all the recipes created by Create.

Found a similar issue on 1.20.1 with Create 6.0.6 while working on a modpack, though not sure if the problem is the same as OP. I'm not able to pull up recipes for machines like the grinding wheels and bulk washing.

Checking the logs it looks like an issue with REI's compatibility with JEI plugins as its throwing NoClassDefFoundError exceptions for mezz.jei.api.gui.ingredient.IRecipeSlotRichTooltipCallback. My guess is Create is using this for rendering recipes with outputs that have a percentage chance.

There are also some other exceptions thrown by other mods but these seem to be unrelated to this specific issue.
