Recipes requiring shears do not appear in the recipes list

For example, from the mod Campanion, a recipe for wool tarp (that requires 3 wool at the bottom and 1 shears in the middle) will not show up in the recipe list. Even if one manually makes this item, this will only make "Wool Tarp" appear in the list without showing its recipe (thus, left-clicking or pressing "R" on it does nothing).
