Describe the bug
When using the Forge version and with Cheat Mode enabled, the white/dark overlay that is rendered on items when hovering over them is rendered on top of cursor stacks.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Enable Cheat Mode in REI
• Obtain an item from REI (or click on an item in your inventory) and hover over any of the items in REI.
• Observe that it is tough to see which item you are holding due to the overly being rendered (in dark or light mode).
