[Bug] 1.17-rc1 Issue when crafting any item

Describe the bug
REI seems to crash when trying to craft any item
Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Try to craft a recipe
Environment:
- Minecraft: 1.17-rc1
- Mod Loader: fabric
- Mod version: 6.0.247-alpha
- Java version: 16 (Open JDK)

p.s. not sure why it generated a server crash report since i'm not testing on a dedicated Minecraft server but maybe I missed something there or something changed in 1.17 :P
Additional notes
No official version for 1.17-rc1 I don't think so i'm using the latest REI version 6.0.247-alpha.
