Describe the bug
When all search criteria listed under "Search" are set to "While Using Prefix" or "Always Disabled", queries without prefixes are ignored. Expected behavior is that entries are displayed only if their names match the query.
When all criteria are set to "Always Disabled", all queries are ignored.

Steps to Reproduce

• Open REI settings.
• Scroll to and expand the "Search" section.
• Set "Tooltip Search", "Tag Search", "Identifier Search" and "Mod Search" to "While Using Prefix" or "Always Disabled".
• Search.
