Effects not showing in inventory even without optifine and wurst

Describe the bug
In the inventory, there is the space for the potion/beacon effects but the effects are not showing. Would be nice if you'd reach out to me if there are any conflicts and would not instantly close the issue :D
I removed optifine, optifabric and wurst and the issue stays the same.

- Just have some Beacon or potion effects.
