my game loads fine with my other mods without REI but as soon as i load the game with Architectury and REI added to my mods list this crash happens https://pastebin.com/HQKFHHQL

Ok so i rechecked the API mod for the version and i downloaded the wrong version but it seems to still crash. https://pastebin.com/whwhamFw

Ok turns out it's a incompatibility issue with the Fabric "Coloured Tooltips" mod a incompatibility issue has been posted for the dev of that mod.
