[Feature] Ability to disable the add commands button blinking all the time

What is your feature request?
Every time you mouse over the right hand side, a distracting add button appears for commands.
It would be more ideal if the button was either always visible, (easily ignored) or able to be disabled.
it blinking every time the mouse moves over there is fairly distracting.
