[Bug] 1.18 PneumaticCraft plugin integration + other mods plugin integration

What happened?

PneumaticCraft and other mods seems to be having plugin errors in REI. I've went to a minimalist instance to check the result on JEI, and the plugin there works as intended, since it's JEI. There's a few more mods you'll see in the log that have the same kind of bug, I've included their versions as well. This happens on 1.18.1 but likely happens on 1.18.2 as well since it was released about two weeks ago, and PneumaticCraft just came out both for 1.18.1 and 1.18.2.
