What happened?

I tried to quick craft a saved recipe, which I had all the materials for.
When I tried to, however, instead what happened, was that it attempted to quick craft a different saved recipe. This one I did not have the materials for, so it just pulled up the recipe. Pressing the tiny + button in the bottom right corner, also does the same thing. I eventually resorted to manually crafting the item like a loser, which did in fact work.

What mod loaders are you seeing the problem on?

Am using latest version of REI, on 1.18.2
Pack is a slightly modified version of All of Fabric 5, on version 1.2.2
Changes made:
-I updated REI to the latest version
-I added the following mods:
*The Bumblezone
*Paginated achievements
*Pick your poison
*Show me your skin
*Incorporeal 3
-I removed the following mods:
*Lootr
*Advancements Enlarger
