What happened?

Mods that have improperly implemented JEI plugins such as the one currently in computer craft (Opened an issue here about it)
cc-tweaked/CC-Tweaked#1116

This is not the only mod having this issue but essentially when this occurs, the game crashes with REI, the game does not crash with base JEI, the plugin just fails to load. Ideally the devs will fix their plugins but some safeguards against bad plugins would probably be a good idea
