I set time to day 0 on my server, but mobs still spawn with a level 7. Is there a way to reset the level? I also set the world spawn far from original one, but when I teleported to the original spawn the mobs had even higher level (11), so I think the issue is the time not distance.

you have to set the start time to the current world time :)
