Disclaimer: I am playing a modpack with this mod (Valhelsia:EV). The information on their discord tells me that the change in hitbox of some mobs is because of this mod.
I cannot find any way to disable this, so it would be great if this option could be added.

Sorry, it seems disabling the 'Big Zombie' modifier changes this.
