Add a config option to disable certain (or all) bonuses gained at level 25 and level 50 of each skill.

Just suggested this since some of the level 25 and level 50 bonuses are really op in my opinion.
Going to close this because I dont see any reason this wouldnt be possible already and the author hasnt responded
