The network has enough of the ingredients to produce the item. There is also a pattern with the correct recipe. Manually creating the item works fine but the Requester shows the "Missing Ingredients" message. I am using the 1.20.1 - 2.3.3 version of RSRequestify, with a mod pack using Forge 47.2.20. I have other Requesters working just fine, and trying to craft the specific item causes the issue.

Hey for anyone having this issue still, check your crafting queue. I apparently had something stuck that the crafter didn't craft correctly. I cleared mine and it resolved this issue. Not sure why it was causing this but at least there's a fix for it.
