What happened?
Biome blending is affecting things that it shouldn't affect.
On example of Snowy Spirit mod (and possibly others too):
With Rubidium and Rubidium Extra:
With only Rubidium, or with biome blending disabled:
I had identical issue on 1.18.2, maybe it can help to fix it for Rubidium Extra
