What happened?

When equipping a light emitting item such as a torch there will be constant visible stuttering. It's like a frame drop but not really.
The in game frames do not get affected, but visually it looks like a 60fps cap (if not even lower). I play on a 144hz monitor, so it is very distinguishable. Maybe others do not experience this issue because they have 60hz monitors? Idk honestly... Anyways, there is a problem, so some looking into it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

1.19.2 is the only version I play on with this mod, no such problem there, at least not with me
