What happened?

A purely visual tweak that would allow for more accurate customization. The minimal value would be like 5% (or 1% if possible), instead of the current 20%. I don't see any reason not to add this, other than keeping adjacent to Sodium Extra and not making any changes unless they have done so themselves. Doesn't sound like a difficult thing to implement (hopefully), unless it breaks some stuff in the process.
