I included those 2 in new project using composite build

Additional information.

It builds just fine in isolation. it only throws error when I build them together like this.

Well, you have something broken because this mod never used parchment

embeddium does, by default. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it.
I'll make small project for reproducing this

As you can see, a version of this mod has been successfully compiled in actions

No I mean it fails when it's being included in other project using includeBuild
It builds fine on it self

While I was preparing the setup I discovered same issue happens to all other mods as well. And chaning the mapping didn't helped. Indeed there's problem with my setup.
