Is there a limit to how many mods I can play with this installed?

There seems to be a limit at mods I can play with this mod installed. When I go over this limit, the game crashes on startup. I thought it was just an incompatibility with a certain mod, but i tested every mod that I have with rubidium, no errors. The error seems to only occur when I have more than around 390-405 mods to be loaded at startup (yes it is a sizable modpack that I created for myself and my brothers). No matter what mod I add/remove, it just seems to straight up crash around 400±5 mods installed.
As for now, I had to axe some mods out of my private modpack, which sucks as most of these are QoL mods since content mods take top priority to be saved.
The crashlogs (in this case the latest.log, it occurs very early at startup) remain the same in all of my tests, with all results the same.
