When i make an auto tree wood farm , and when I stand next to the farm i have extreme lagspikes,or when i break block in the farm

steps to reproduce :

1 : make a world
2 : make a auto tree wood farm with plant gatherer and plant sower(use solar panel to put energy into machines)
3 : put saplings in plant sower
4 : add an range 5 addon to plant gatherer and plant sower
5 : set gamerule randomtickspeed to 10 or higher(to go faster)
6 : when a tree is cutted,watch the fps lagspikes,or when i break block in the farm

seem to be fixed in snapshot update ,maybe fixed by the always deferred chunk update 0124a10038e2a45311ade111b12a7bdb309ed7f5
