to reproduce the issue, you need to have rubidium present and mods that will add a lot of textures of items and/or blocks to the game and start placing them down, you may notice that some of them have some strange rendering effects like in this video below

the issues stops when rubidum is removed

one detail that should be noted is that if you start removing some of them the blocks that act funny in terms of their texture will stop while others start doing it. take it as you will I think that it could have todo with the mappings or something
